What is included in the Willfully Will kit?
Our Will Kits include easy-to-follow instructions and fill-in-the-blanks for your Last Will and Testament. Our will kit includes all the essential documents you need to create a legally valid will. Appointment of Executors, Nomination of guardians for minor children, Disposition of property, Special Bequests, Digital Assets, Living Will, Witness & Notarisation section.
Is this Will kit valid in any Province or State?
Yes. Our kits are designed to be legally valid in all Canadian provinces and territories, and all 50 U.S. states—when completed and signed correctly with required witnesses and notarized by a public notary where applicable.
Does Willfully offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF downloads are NON REFUNDABLE once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Is my information kept private?
Yes—your privacy is 100% protected. We never collect, store, or access any of the personal information you enter into your Will Kit. Everything stays on your device and under your control. Your documents are yours and yours alone.
Can I use this Will kit if I am married and have children?
Yes. The kit provides options to appoint your spouse as executor, designate guardians for minor children, and distribute your estate among multiple beneficiaries. Each spouse will need to complete a Will Kit of their own.
Do you offer digital or physical Will Kits?
Our Will Kits are primarily available as instant digital downloads—so you can start right away from the comfort of your home.
If you prefer a printed version, we’re happy to help—just reach out to us directly and we’ll arrange it for you.
Do I need a lawyer to complete this Will Kit?
No lawyer is required. Our kits are designed for self-completion. That said, if your estate is complex or you want extra peace of mind, we recommend reviewing it with a legal professional.
Do I need witnesses or Notarization?
Yes. To be valid, your Will MUST be signed in the presence of two adult witnesses who are not beneficiaries. Notarization is optional but can help with probate in some jurisdictions.
How often should I update my Will?

How long does take to complete this Will?
Most customers complete their Will in 30–60 minutes, depending on the complexity of their estate.
